On Saturday 16th of March we launched the Polish Women Support Group in Walsall.
The event was attended by a large group of motivated women who are ready to start their transformations.
- Some of the ladies want to become physically healthier
- Some of them want to improve their overall wellbeing
- There are few who just want to make new friends
- And few who want to start/ grow their business here in Walsall!
Even though they have different aspirations, All of them have three things in common:
- They have past traumatic experiences
- They started their new life here in Walsall
- They are ready to transform their lives for the better!
The groups are supported by 6, very generous, volunteers, who attended 4 weeks of introduction to NLP training, which was delivered to them in Polish!
We are very proud we were able to arrange this for them.
The training taught them:
- how we all understand the world differently and why
- how to build rapport,
- how to listen effectively,
- how to communicate better
- how to write down goals in a motivational way AND
- how to break those goals down into easy, actionable steps.
We know this training will help them even better support the women in achieving their goals and aspirations!

I am also very, very proud we were able to offer creche for the kids!
This enabled moms without a circle of support, to take advantage of this face to face event!
During the event on Saturday, all participants had an opportunity to create their vision boards– activity provided by Outside The Box organisation.
Vision boards are a great place to start when imagining what the future life could look like. All ladies loved doing art… as we get older and busier, we forget how fun it is!
We were also supported by Justyna Glowska Photo, who took some amazing pictures of the event and portrait pictures of the participants. This will enable us to see the progress we are making during the course of the group.
The participants, who are aiming to start/ grow their businesses had an opportunity to advertise their services to the participants. I think we all know and understand the power of network marketing!
We have received absolutely amazing feedback so far from everyone who attended. Most of the ladies admitted they were very nervous at first as we are all scared of judgement, and meeting new people is not always easy.
However, we offered them a very safe, friendly and authentic space, where they could feel- everything is possible!
